What is Conditioned Reinforcer in ABA?

A conditioned reinforcer is a previously neutral stimulus that has acquired reinforcing properties through repeated association with primary or unconditioned reinforcers. It becomes a reinforcer by being paired with other reinforcers and gaining the ability to elicit a desired response.
