Rachel

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with individuals with language delays, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and handwriting difficulties for seven years. Along with professional experience, I also have personal experience with two family members with ASD. I am dedicated to improving the client’s and family’s quality of life. I received my B.A. degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Florida. I worked as a speech therapist in the school setting before obtaining my M.S. in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida. While getting my Master’s degree, I was an Instructional Designer and released over ten training manuals. I am now combining my love of ABA, writing, and training to help individuals prepare for their certifications.

Sydnee

Hi, I’m Sydnee and I’m proud to bring over a decade of experience working in public school settings as a behavior inclusion teacher in Texas. My entire professional journey has been rooted in education and I’m passionate about equipping future BCBAs with not only the clinical knowledge, but also the practical, real-world skills needed to thrive—especially in school-based environments.

I care deeply about bridging the gap between ABA clinics and educational settings and I believe strong, well-rounded supervision is key to developing confident and competent behavior analysts. My goal as a supervisor is to help you build the application skills needed to make a meaningful impact across diverse environments, particularly where collaboration and adaptability are essential.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me planning my next trip to Disney with my husband or adding to my growing vinyl record collection.

If you’re looking for a supervisor who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of practicing ABA in schools—and who’s committed to helping you grow into a well-rounded and effective BCBA—I’d love to work with you.

Jessica

Hello! My name is Jessica. I have been in the ABA field since 2019. I stumbled upon the field accidentally but have never looked back! Once I obtained my RBT certification I worked in home and clinical settings for 2 years before finding my way into a school setting, which I enjoy very much! In my free time I love being outside playing with my dog, gardening, and riding my horse! Fun fact- I primarily use positive reinforcement when training my dog and my horse 🙂
